Launch an R/C alien invasion hi-tech style with the X-UFO – the spaceship with a unique electronic control system!
The X-UFO is something of a first amongst R/C flying toys. It features a sophisticated electronic 4-channel/motor control system, but unlike some R/C toys that use this system, it's a pleasure rather than a chore to fly. Gyro stabilised for smooth flight and hovering, the X-UFO boasts an incredible 100 metre flight range and can travel in four directions.

Although its poly-foam body is extremely lightweight to make flight easier, the X-UFO is surprisingly durable. Trust us; this isn't one of these toys that falls to bits after the slightest knock. There's no complicated assembly to deal with either, and it can be flown indoors or outdoors (although avoid doing the latter on windy days, as your X-UFO may travel just that bit further than planned.)

For a frivolously fun touch, the X-UFO even lights up and flashes at the centre when in flight – perfect for when you want to make the cat jump out of its skin. Not that we'd ever suggest doing something so cruel, obviously. This feature also makes outdoor flight more fun; there's a special prize for the first person to convince a village idiot somewhere that the aliens really have landed...

The X-UFO offers a choice of two charging options to suit your needs. A full charge takes around 100 minutes and provides 4 – 5 minutes of playing time, but if you just can't wait, a fast charge takes just 20 – 25 minutes. Full charge is better for the long term life of your battery, but when you've gotta play, you've gotta play... The X-UFO even comes with an in-car charger, so if you're taking it for some outdoor play, you can give it a power boost as you travel.
